2.2 Any booking is subject to availability, and TB Magic reserves the right to refuse any booking without explanation.

2.3 TB Magic reserves the right to change, cancel or postpone any booking.

2.4 All bookings are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon by TB Magic.

3. Payments

3.1 Payment for all services, products and performances must be made in full when booking.

3.2 Payment can be made by credit/debit card or PayPal.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

4.1 TB Magic will endeavour to provide a full refund in case of cancellation by TB Magic.

4.2 In the event of cancellation by you, any refund will be at the discretion of TB Magic.

5. Copyright and Intellectual Property

5.1 All content on the Website is the intellectual property of TB Magic and/or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
